With the Flex Strap's unique heat sealing feature, you can securely band even the most difficult bundle configurations using 60 to 200 gauge films.

 

While the force to load adjustable film tensioning feature allows you to control your wrapping tension, the inherent properties of stretch film will never damage your product.

Flow through design makes the Flex Strap stretch film banding machines the ideal solution for bundling long length products, such as, millwork & extrusions. The Flex Strap's unique heat seal assures bundles stay bundled by preventing the film from unraveling.

Stretch film bundling has never been simpler. Set the number of wraps you want applied to each band, then

press the foot switch. The banding cycle is automatically completed, film cut, heat sealed and is

 ready for the next band. Can even be set for spiral banding to secure irregular lengths!
