The Indexing Conveyor ATS allows for product accumulations and stability during the bundling process. Flighted conveyor belt links can be removed or relocated to fit your product configuration. Available with optional product compression unit.

While our Standard ATS Tandem is built to your specifications, some standard features include;  Vacuum Tail Removal system, Variable Belt Speed control, Tandem Tyer, Adjustable Swing Arm mounted Control Panel, Swivel Casters with Brakes and much more.

This Pak-Tyer 2000 Custom ATS, designed for rolled rugs up to 48" wide, is just one of many different custom design configurations. Our basic ATS is a custom inline tyer build to your product and facility layout specifications.
