Paper Banding & Plastic Banding Custom Automation

|
 |
 |
The
Corner Automatic Line
unitizes products directly from the production line. This unit can be
further modified with the addition of a bottom feed stacker. |
 |
 |
The
CSW-DMS
Corner Line for Graphics is used in conjunction with a paper cutter to band
random sized stacks. Single or multiple bands are applied based on the
criteria set by the operator. Stationary or pneumatic guides can be added to
the system to ensure that the product is aligned properly before the band is
applied. |
|

|
The
Transit Line can
band a wide variety of products such as printed material, computer
forms, packaged goods, office and industrial products. The US-2000
Transit can also be further modified with the addition of positioning
plate and indexer or corner conveyor for cross banding. This model
comes with a tape-drawer dispenser and rapid tape-feed system using paper or plastic banding materials. |
 |
The
Transit Line
SW is designed for product streams with uneven spacing or
for product stacks where stack integrity is lacking.
The products are accumulated at the infeed and are separated so that each
product can be banded. The separation conveyor also transitions the speed
of the product stack to prevent shingling. Stationary or pneumatic guides
can be added to the system to ensure that the product is aligned properly
before the band is applied. |
|
 |
The US-2000
AB
with
Programmable Thermal
Transfer Printer option prints and positions BAR codes, brand
names and logos on most paper and plastic banding materials. |
|
 |
The
ATS
Feeder-Stacker-Bander (FSB) is
a fast and efficient method for counting, stacking and banding batch
or shingle stream products from 3" x 5" to standard 8 1/2" x
11" paper. The FSB is a user friendly programmable automatic
machine capable of banding speeds between 12 and 20 cycles per minute,
depending on stack size. |
|
 |
The
SCB automatically stacks and bands products using plastic or paper banding materials. The
operator programs the number of products per stack, the stack is
moved into a corner automatic line which unitizes the stack with
a single band. |
 |
The
LBM machine is
used in conjunction with guillotine type paper cutters. A row of cut product
is manually moved onto the system table. The servo pusher measures the row
and automatically bands each stack. The operator selects the number of bands
that are applied to each product stack. |
  |
The
LBMMS machine is
also used in conjunction with a paper cutter. The cutter operator slides the
cut lift of stacks onto the system table. The main pusher indexes the lift
to the product fence. The table then splits to form a gap between the
product rows. The servo pusher measures the row and automatically bands each
stack with a plastic or paper band. The main pusher indexes the next row into place as soon as the pusher
has cleared the previous row. The main pusher moves back to the home
position as the last row of the lift is pushed into the bander. |
|
 |
The
ASX Banding System is specifically designed for automatic banding of high-gloss color graphic print products. |
|
 |
The CSTA envelope stacker is designed for zip sorted bulk
mail. Stacks of envelopes are accumulated by stack count and Post Code. The
accumulated stacks are then banded. This high speed system is designed to be
used in-line with mail inserting equipment. Banded bundles are then bagged
or manually inserted into mail trays. |
